Some photos were recently donated to the Holocaust Museum that showed Nazi Party members digging up graves of American soldiers. There were some other photos that showed Americans after they were rescued by fellow comrades. Their bodies were so skinny friail looking because they were starved and forced to work all the time in German tunnels. I know the exteamities of the war and the Holocaust are well known, I just still can't believe some of the stories and pictures and just how bad things really were. Even with the musuem, we will never know what it was like to live through those times.
